2D Letters-to-Diamonds Animation

I want a short 2D sequence that begins with solid block letters. As the scene starts, the letters tremble, the stones packed inside them jiggle, then spill out in a flowing cascade. The emptied letterforms are immediately refilled by sparkling white diamonds of different sizes and cuts, finishing with the letters gleaming and perfectly still.

Key moments to animate:
• Letters shake convincingly—no camera shake, just character-style movement.
• Stones visibly shift inside each letter, then pour out with a natural sense of weight.
• Diamonds pop in, vary in scale and shape, and settle into place with a subtle twinkle.

Deliverables:
• Final 1920×1080 video in .mp4 and .mov.
• Layered source file (After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar) so I can tweak timing later.
• Separate render with alpha for easy compositing.
