2D Floor Plan Layout Rearrangement

I already have a complete 2-dimensional floor plan; however, I need it reorganised—not expanded or reduced. The task is to take the existing drawing and reshuffle walls, door openings, furniture blocks, and circulation paths so the overall footprint works far more efficiently. My only explicit priority is maximising space efficiency, so every square metre should earn its keep and transitions between zones must feel logical and uncluttered.

You will receive the current plan in PDF and, if you prefer, a DWG export. From that, I expect:

• One optimised layout in 2D (DWG and printable PDF)
• A brief legend or note set highlighting the key changes you made and the reasoning behind them

No new rooms are required, and nothing needs to be demolished outright—simply rearrange what is there to function better. Keep structural feasibility in mind; treat load-bearing walls as fixed unless you flag another solution.

I value clear communication, so please include one round of revisions after the first submission to fine-tune the arrangement if needed.
