I’m launching a fresh YouTube channel that teaches fitness through short, easy-to-follow workout routines—yet everything on screen will be 2D animated and completely faceless. I already know the niche (educational fitness) and the angle (workout-focused demonstrations), but I need a creative partner who can turn that vision into polished, repeatable content.
Here’s the flow I have in mind. We open each video with a bold branded intro, then move straight into animated demonstrations of each exercise. On-screen text explains reps, sets, and form cues while a voice-over or upbeat music carries the pacing. No live footage or talking heads—just clean, engaging 2D characters that keep the viewer’s attention on the workout itself.
Your experience with tools like Adobe Animate, After Effects, Toon Boom, Illustrator, or similar will be invaluable for building a reusable animation rig and templates so we can produce new routines quickly. If you’re comfortable scripting or storyboarding, even better; otherwise, I’ll supply outlines for each routine. Editing in Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) to add sound design, transitions, and captions rounds out the pipeline.
Deliverables I’d like for the first milestone:
• One complete workout video (3–5 minutes, 1080p) using the faceless 2D style
• A modular intro/outro that can be dropped into future uploads
• Channel branding assets—banner, avatar, and a thumbnail template
• Source project files so I can iterate on future episodes in-house
If the first video meets the brief—smooth animation, clear instruction, and a cohesive visual identity—I’m ready to commission an ongoing series. Let’s build a standout fitness channel together.
