I need reliable 2-axis CNC programs that will let me cut a series of aluminum parts accurately and repeatably. You will receive the dimensional information I have—this may be a simple sketch, a DXF, or a solid model—and from there I want complete, ready-to-run code for my machine.
I work primarily in aluminum plate, so optimal tool selection, feeds and speeds, ramping strategies, and safe entry/exit moves are important. My machine reads standard G-code; if you create toolpaths in Fusion 360, SolidCAM, Mastercam, or a comparable CAM package, just export the post-processed code along with a quick setup sheet so I can verify tools, zero points, and overall cycle time before the first run.
Deliverables
• Clean, collision-free G-code files for each part
• A brief setup sheet listing tools, offsets, and material specs
• If adjustments are needed after the first test cut, one revision included
If you have questions about material thickness, cutter availability, or coolant strategy, let’s sort them out before you start cutting code so everything goes smoothly on the machine.
