2D Character Service Explainer

I need a fully-custom 2D explainer that clearly walks potential customers through my service. The tone should be friendly and reassuring, the visuals lively character animation rather than infographic or whiteboard styles.

Here is what I have in mind:
• You develop the concept with me, turning my rough notes into a tight script that explains what the service does, why it matters, and how to get started.
• A simple storyboard follows for approval before you move into Adobe Illustrator / After Effects (or your preferred 2D pipeline) to build unique, on-brand characters and scenes. Stock templates will not work for this project.
• Professional voice-over (native English) and royalty-free music/sfx round out the track.
• Final delivery in 1080p (MP4 + source files) ready to embed on my website and share on social channels.

Acceptance criteria: the finished video must keep viewers engaged from first frame to call-to-action, stay under two minutes, and require no additional licensing costs. I’m happy to provide branding assets and quick feedback at each milestone so we can keep momentum.
