2D Apartment Renovation Furniture Layout

I’m preparing a renovation of an existing apartment complex and need a clear 2-dimensional plan that shows each unit’s interior, complete with the proposed placement of major furniture pieces. The drawing will guide my contractors and interior suppliers, so accuracy and legibility are essential.

Scope
• Interior spaces only — you don’t need to touch the façade, landscaping, or other common exterior areas.
• Show walls, doors, windows, room names and dimensions, then layer in beds, couches, tables, wardrobes, kitchen and bath fixtures, and any built-ins that influence circulation.
• The goal is to visualise traffic flow, ensure furniture fits comfortably, and flag any structural constraints before we start demolition.

Preferred output
• A native CAD file (DWG or equivalent) plus a print-ready PDF for quick sharing.
• If you work in Revit or SketchUp, exporting a clean, scaled plan in DWG/PDF is fine.

Acceptance
The plan is complete when every apartment type in the complex is covered, dimensions read correctly at 1:100, and furniture symbols align with industry standards so any builder can pick it up without questions.
