2D Apartment Complex Layout

2d layout

I would like to prepare a 2d layout design for a 900 m² plot, with dimensions of 30 m × 30 m.

- The plot has two streets:

- South side
- East side

- There is a 4-meter chamfer at the southeast corner of the plot.

Ground Floor

The ground floor will be dedicated primarily to car parking, with:

- 3 guard rooms
- 1 shared bathroom
- 1 small shared kitchen for the guards

First Floor

The first floor will contain 4 residential apartments:

- 2 large apartments
- 2 small apartments

Second Floor

The second floor will be a replica of the first floor, with:

- 2 large apartments
- 2 small apartments

The annex floor will contain:

- 2 large residential apartments 70% of the roof.

Building Regulations

The maximum permitted building footprint is 70% of the total plot area.

Please prepare the layout while taking into consideration:

- The 30 × 30 m plot dimensions
- The south and east street access
- The 4 m chamfer at the southeast corner
- The 70% maximum building coverage
- Adequate parking spaces
- Staircase and elevator locations in the middle of the buildings.
