Project: 60-second 2D animated explainer video (German voiceover)

I need a modern, high-quality 2D animated explainer video (approx. 50–60 seconds) for my service: professional renovation cost assessments for German properties in need of refurbishment.

Style: Clean flat-design 2D animation with characters and motion graphics — professional, calm, trustworthy. No whiteboard animation, no childish cartoon look, no live actors. Colour palette: dark blue, blue, grey, white, plus one accent colour.

Content: 7 scenes, full script and scene descriptions already written (in German — I can provide a translation). Storyline: buyer views an old house → renovation costs unclear → financing gets difficult → buyer uploads documents → structured cost breakdown by trade → clarity for buyer, advisor and bank → closing with logo and contact.

Process: Concept → storyboard approval before animation → voice sample selection → first animation preview → at least one revision round → final delivery.
