2D Animal Story Animation Needed

I’m developing a series of short, story-driven videos starring lively animal characters, and I need a 2D animator who can match the dynamic look and feel shown in this reference clip: https://www.youtube.com/@Yeti_dyor/shorts

The project centres on narrative animation, not static explainers, so expressive acting, smooth pose-to-pose movement, and cinematic camera transitions are essential. Whether you prefer Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, TVPaint or another frame-by-frame workflow is up to you—what matters is that the final result carries the same energy, timing and visual polish as the sample link.

Deliverables
• Fully animated scene(s) featuring animal characters, rendered in 1080p (or higher) MP4/Mov
• Layered source files (so I can handle any future edits)
• Separate audio-ready version with transparency if compositing is required
• One round of revisions after the first full pass
