250 Pages - PDF to Word writing

I have a 250-page PDF that must be retyped into a single, clean .docx file. Every piece of text on every page is required—no skipping footers, side notes, or small print.

Only the words matter; images, tables, and complex formatting can be left out. Basic heading levels are enough to show the document structure, but beyond that the layout can be simple.

The job must be completed by manually typing directly from the PDF rather than relying on copy-and-paste or automated extraction tools. This ensures the text comes across without hidden formatting or OCR errors. Accuracy, correct spelling, and page-to-page completeness are critical.
