24x60 Modern Home Design Package

I have a 24 ft × 60 ft plot and I’m ready to move ahead with a complete modern-style house design. What I need from you is an end-to-end package that covers both floors—ground and first—including all drawings and visualizations.

Scope
• Architectural floor plans that clearly place 3 bedrooms plus a dedicated guest room within the given footprint.
• A striking front elevation that communicates the clean, contemporary lines I’m after.
• Full 3D modeling and photorealistic renders showing exterior massing and façade materials as well as furnished interior views.
• Interior layouts with furniture, lighting, and finishes for every room on both levels.

Preferred Tools
AutoCAD or Revit for precise plans, and SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar for the 3D renders; I’m happy to review native files along with high-resolution PDFs/JPEGs.

Deliverables
1. Dimensioned architectural drawings (PDF + source files)
2. Front elevation in 2D and rendered 3D
3. Complete 3D model of the house
4. Minimum five interior renders and three exterior renders showcasing key angles
5. Short walkthrough video or fly-around animation (30–60 s)
6. I need two separate portions for rent on first floor
