24V to 9/12V Power Supply PCB

I'm looking for an experienced PCB designer to create a power supply circuit board for consumer electronics. The board will take a 24V input and provide 9V and 12V outputs using switching regulation.

Key requirements:
- 24V input, 9V and 12V outputs
- Switching regulation only
- Design for consumer electronics application
3 isolated and highly filtered 9v outputs
2 isolated and highly filtered 12v outputs
design is to use recom dcdc isolated
converters
9 volt channels 3.3amp out
12 volt channels 2.5 amp output
Output jacks wired center negative polarity

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in PCB design software
- Experience with switching power supply circuits
- Background in consumer electronics power supply design
