24-Hour Residential Title Search

A complete title search and examiner’s report is required for a single residential property I plan to purchase. I need the full chain of title reviewed, any liens, judgments, easements, taxes, or other encumbrances uncovered, and a concise written summary delivered back to me within 24 hours of awarding the project.

Please access the most current county records—online or in-person as needed—and verify all findings for accuracy. Experience with U.S. residential real-estate records, title plants, or courthouse searches is essential; software such as DataTrace, Netronline, or equivalent tools can be used as long as the final report is clear and verifiable.

Deliverables (PDF preferred):
• Title search worksheet or abstract showing chain of ownership
• Highlighted list of all open items (liens, taxes, easements, restrictions)
• Official document copies or typed abstracts for every referenced record
• Examiner’s conclusion stating whether the title is clear for purchase
