I need a complete marine-grade design package for an aluminum “caterpillar” style hull that finishes out at roughly 22 ft in length (excluding the motors). The boat’s primary job will be fishing small, shallow rivers and lakes, so draft and weight need to stay minimal while still giving me a stable platform.
Key elements I must see in the plans:
• Twin outboard configuration for extra power and redundancy
• Full-width front ramp sturdy enough to roll an ATV on and off, seamlessly tied into the bow structure
• Rod-friendly deck layout with casting space and integrated holders
• A compact walk-around center cab—just enough shelter for instruments, a couple of seats and overnight gear without crowding the fishing area
I’m after a professional naval architecture set: hull lines, structural scantlings, general arrangement, weight study, basic systems routing, and fabrication drawings suitable for an aluminum shop. Calculations for buoyancy, load capacity, and motor sizing should back up the drawings. Native CAD files plus PDFs are required; 3D renders or visuals would be a bonus for the welders and suppliers.
I’ll review preliminary sketches first, then green-light final detailing once we’re aligned on the layout, ramp geometry, and cab footprint. Let me know any questions about local regulations, material preferences or performance targets so we can lock those in early.
