2025 Partnership & 1099 Filing

I need a tax professional who is comfortable handling both business and individual matters to prepare and electronically file my 2025 returns. The core engagement is our partnership’s federal and state filings, along with one required 1099. Because I’m unsure whether any additional forms or schedules will be triggered this year, I would appreciate proactive guidance on anything else the IRS or state might expect.

My bookkeeping is up-to-date in QuickBooks Online, and I can export reports or give you direct accountant access. You’ll also have last year’s complete return to reference so reconciliation should be straightforward. If partner-level K-1 information suggests refinements on our personal returns, I’m open to having you handle those as well for a seamless finish.
