200 Pages - Excel PDF Data Entry

I have a 200-page PDF directory that needs to be converted into a clean, searchable Excel workbook. Every entry’s name and full postal address must be captured, and each contact’s phone number, email address, and website recorded as separate columns. Place one person or company per row so the sheet is ready for filtering and mail-merge.

Accuracy is paramount. The source does not include financial figures or complex tables, but it does require careful attention to spelling, line breaks, and phone formatting. You are welcome to use tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or Excel Power Query to speed up the process, yet a manual proof-read is still essential to eliminate any OCR mistakes.

Deliverables
• A single Excel (.xlsx) file with every entry from all 200 pages arranged exactly as specified
• A short note flagging any illegible text or pages you could not interpret
