200-Page PDF to Word

I have a 200-page PDF with fully selectable text that I need reproduced in an editable .docx file. Every word must be carried over exactly as it appears, but without any of the original styling—just clean, plain paragraphs with normal spacing. Headings, lists, tables, and footnotes should flow in the same reading order as the PDF and be treated like regular body text. I do not want any page numbers or visual elements; images, charts, and diagrams can be skipped entirely.

Accuracy is critical. Each PDF page has to start on a new page in Word so the final document still totals 200 pages, and I’ll be running a quick spell-check to confirm nothing is missing or out of place. If you can turn this around within 7 days and are comfortable working directly in Microsoft Word, let me know and I’ll share the file right away.
