200-Page PDF to Word Conversion

I have a 200-page PDF that I need rebuilt in Microsoft Word. Every piece of text must come across accurately, but with a few clear priorities:

• Preserve all existing headings, sub-headings, and any bullet or numbered lists exactly as they appear in the source file.
• Keep the original fonts wherever they are used so the finished document mirrors the PDF’s look and feel.
• While the overall structure should remain familiar, please re-align paragraphs, indents, and column breaks where necessary so the Word file is clean, evenly spaced, and easy to edit going forward.

Images and tables are minimal and do not have to be recreated; the focus is on flawless text transfer and tidy alignment. When you deliver, I should be able to run a quick visual scan and see no stray line breaks, mis-nested bullets, or shifted headings.

Send the final .docx plus a brief note highlighting any pages where manual alignment tweaks were required so I can double-check them quickly.
