I need about 200 pages of text transcribed verbatim and then laid out as a polished, formal business document. The source material is already typed but scattered across multiple files; your job is to unify it, proof-read for obvious typos, and export a single PDF in a standard professional format—clean margins, consistent heading hierarchy, automatic table of contents, page numbers, and clickable bookmarks.
You may work in Word, Google Docs, InDesign, or another tool you prefer, as long as the resulting PDF looks board-room ready and I also receive the editable source file. No custom branding is required beyond maintaining a restrained, corporate feel (think Calibri/Times, 11–12 pt, black text on white).
When you apply, focus on your experience handling large-volume transcription or document-setup projects for businesses. If you can point to previous formal reports, manuals, or policy documents you have produced, that will help me choose quickly.
I will supply all text files immediately; I’d like the first 20 pages returned within three days so I can spot-check style, then the remaining pages in agreed milestones until the final PDF is delivered.
