I’m ready to commit to an intensive, two-month program focused on improving my overall fitness and reshaping my body. I have full access to a well-equipped gym and want a structured plan that balances strength training, hypertrophy, and targeted conditioning while keeping progressive overload at its core.
What I need from you
• A customized training split designed around full gym equipment, mapped out week-by-week for the entire eight-week block.
• Clear exercise selection, working sets, rep ranges, rest periods, and built-in progression so I know exactly what to do every session.
• A straightforward nutrition outline that supports muscle gain and fat loss—macros, meal timing guidance, and food examples are enough; no elaborate recipes required.
• Quick form-check tips or reference videos for any less-common lifts.
• Simple progress-tracking sheets so I can log weights, reps, and body metrics.
Acceptance criteria
1. Full PDF (or Google Sheets) program delivered before we start week one.
2. Workouts use compound lifts (e.g., squat, bench, deadlift, pull-ups) plus accessory work to balance aesthetics and performance.
3. Program must scale in difficulty each week without exceeding a safe recovery window.
4. Nutrition plan aligns daily calorie targets with the training phase.
5. You remain available for brief weekly check-ins (chat or voice) to adjust loads or nutrition targets based on feedback.
If you’ve successfully guided clients through similar body-recomposition timelines, I’d love to see a sample of your programming style or a short case study. Let’s get started on a plan that leaves no guesswork and delivers visible, measurable results by the end of these eight weeks.
