I need a complete, fabrication-ready drawing package for a 2-inch Lease Automated Custody Transfer (LACT) unit and I want every sheet delivered in native DWG.
Core process data:
• 2" schedule pipe throughout
• 150 GPM centrifugal pump driven by a 20 HP motor
• Coriolis flow measurement (brand is open)
• Drexelbrook BS&W monitor is mandatory
• Divert valve plus in-line pressure and temperature instruments
• Proving taps located per API custody-transfer practice
The design must meet the relevant API standards for custody transfer skids. Mechanical layout, structural skid details, P&ID, piping isometrics, welding symbols, nozzle schedules and a tagged bill of materials all need to align with that code set. Give particular attention to instrument accessibility for proving and to clear, maintainable routing around the BS&W monitor.
Acceptance criteria
1. All drawings and models supplied in DWG with layers, blocks and dimension styles tidy and editable.
2. Dimensions, notes and welding symbols follow API drafting conventions.
3. BOM matches the drawing call-outs and lists the Drexelbrook BS&W monitor by exact part number; other components may be vendor-neutral.
4. Proving taps called out with location, height and thread spec.
5. A short design report showing pump sizing confirmation and pressure drop across the Coriolis meter at 150 GPM.
Once I sign off on the GA and P&ID, you can progress to detail drawings. Let me know what information you still need so we can get this LACT skid into the shop without delay.
