2-Floor House MEP Layouts

I already have complete architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections for a small two-storey house and now need matching MEP drawings. The scope covers the full trio—electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning—at a basic layout level.

Here is what I’m after:

• Electrical: show the position of light fixtures, switches, outlets, and the main panel on both floors.
• Plumbing & drainage: indicate cold- and hot-water lines, sanitary runs, and fixture points tied back to the architectural sections.
• Air-conditioning: locate indoor units, outdoor condenser, and refrigerant/condensate routes.

I’m not looking for detailed sizing, load calculations, or permit notes—just clear, coordinated layouts ready for my contractor to price and rough-in. You’ll receive my CAD files (DWG) plus PDFs so you can overlay directly. The final deliverable should come back in the same formats: editable DWG and print-ready PDF sheets.

Typical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar is fine as long as layers remain organized and lineweights plot cleanly.

I’ll review for: alignment with the provided plans, clear labeling of each service, and absence of clashes between systems. Once everything matches, we’re done.
