2-Cavity Plastic Injection Mold Design – PA6 GF30

We are looking for an experienced plastic injection mold designer to design a 2-cavity cold runner mold for a technical plastic part.
Requirements:
- Material: Ravago Hylon N2030H2L – PA6 GF30
- 2-cavity cold runner mold
- Gate location and parting line must not be on visible/cosmetic surfaces
- Design of required sliders, side cores or lifters
- Complete ejection and cooling system
- Preferably use Güvenal Mold Components catalog for standard mold components to simplify sourcing
- If EDM is required, 3D copper electrode models must also be included
- Complete mold assembly, manufacturing parts and BOM
- Design must be ready for actual mold manufacturing, not only conceptual CAD work
Please share examples of similar injection molds you have designed and manufactured before.
SolidWorks is preferred, but other professional CAD software can also be considered.
