2-3 Minute 3D Kids Cartoon

I need a bright, engaging 3D cartoon that runs between two and three minutes and keeps young children happily glued to the screen. The core idea is already defined; what I need now is the full animation brought to life—characters modeled, scenes built, animated, lit, rendered, and delivered as a finished video file in HD (1080p or higher).

Because the audience is children, the style should be colourful, playful, and easy to follow, with smooth motion and expressive characters. The tone must stay cheerful and age-appropriate throughout.

Timing is critical—I’d like the first draft as quickly as possible so we can lock any tweaks and get the final render out without delay.
