I need a clean, well-segmented list of one million verified enterprise-level companies operating in the technology sector so my software agency can reach out with tailored service offers.
The file must be ready for direct outreach: company name, website, headquarters country, key decision-maker’s full name, role, corporate email, direct phone (where available), LinkedIn URL, employee count and industry sub-category. A simple CSV or XLSX is perfect—no PDFs, please.
Quality matters more than speed. I’ll spot-check for hard bounces and duplicates, so every record has to pass basic verification (email format check, no free domains, no obvious role accounts like “info@”). Leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Hunter or similar is fine as long as the data is fresh and compliant with local data regulations.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• 1,000,000 unique enterprise-level tech company contacts
• ≤2 % bounce rate on a random 1,000-email sample
• File delivered in CSV or XLSX, neatly columned
• Short log of sources or enrichment tools used
