Corporate Brochure Design — Traffic Engineering Consultancy (KSA/Qatar) — InDesign

We are a specialist traffic engineering and road safety consultancy operating in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. We need a polished 16–20 page corporate brochure that positions us as the partner of choice for main contractors, government authorities, PMOs and developers, and clearly sets out our services, methodology and project experience.

Format

Press-ready PDF for commercial printing: A4 landscape, CMYK, 3 mm bleed with crop marks, 300 dpi, fonts embedded.
Web-optimised PDF for email and website download: RGB, under 10 MB, functional hyperlinks.

Visual direction

Modern and clean, but conservative enough for a government and infrastructure audience. Balanced white space, crisp typography, strong consistent grid, restrained colour accents complementing our existing navy and gold palette. Think infrastructure consultancy, not tech startup. No gradients, no decorative flourishes, no stock-photo overlays.

Content and assets

We supply all final copy, high-resolution project photography, logos, certificates, client logos and brand guidelines. You handle layout, typography and iconography. Any stock imagery must be approved by us in advance and supplied with a commercial licence transferred to us — do not use unlicensed or watermarked material.

Fonts must be free/open-licence or licensed for commercial use with the licence transferable to us. State in your bid which fonts you intend to use.

Process

Two initial layout concepts covering cover plus three sample interior spreads. We select one for development through to final artwork. Two rounds of revisions included in the quoted price.

Deliverables

Both PDFs as specified above
Fully packaged editable source files — InDesign package including all links and fonts, or Illustrator equivalent
Custom icons supplied as editable vectors
Paragraph and character styles defined and applied systematically throughout, so we can update statistics and project counts internally later

Acceptance criteria

Consistent layout grid across every page including cover and back cover
Text styles and colour codes defined and applied systematically
Print version passes pre-flight with no font, colour-space, resolution or bleed errors
Digital version under 10 MB with working hyperlinks
All copy proofread for typographic errors and consistent British English spelling

Timeline

First concepts within 3 days of asset hand-off. Full completion within 1 week. We have a client roadshow to hit, so state your realistic dates in your bid.

Your bid must include

Links or PDFs of at least two corporate brochures you personally designed — engineering, construction or infrastructure sector strongly preferred.
The software you will work in.
Which fonts you propose and confirmation of their licensing.
Your turnaround and how many revision rounds are included.
Confirmation you will supply packaged editable source files.

Bids without brochure samples will not be considered. Please do not send generic template portfolios.
