121 sqm Residential Design

Hi,

I’m looking for a creative architect who is experienced in maximizing small spaces and designing residential investment properties.

I have a 121 sqm residential plot in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with dimensions of 11 m × 10 m. The plot allows for a ground floor, first floor, and a rooftop annex.

The idea is to develop the property for medium- and long-term accommodation for employees and trainees. I would like the building to consist of small independent studio units, with each studio including a room suitable for two people, a private bathroom, and a small kitchenette.

I’m looking for:

* A creative preliminary architectural design and floor plan
* The best possible use of the available space
* A proposed number of studios per floor
* Practical placement of entrances, stairs, corridors, and services
* A preliminary structural plan/layout
* A design that prioritizes functionality, privacy, and investment potential

Please share examples of your previous work, especially small residential or investment projects.

My budget for this initial design phase is $100 USD.
