I’m launching a U.S. outreach campaign and need a clean, import-ready database of 10,500 freshly sourced Accounts Receivable contacts. Pull two AR decision makers from each company—roughly 5,250 firms—with a strong emphasis on the mid-sized bracket (51–250 employees) while still covering the full 5–1,000-employee range.

Acceptable job titles include Accounts Receivable (any level), Accounts Receivable Clerk, Billing Coordinator / Specialist, Collections Analyst / Credit & Collections Specialist, Credit Control Officer, and Accounts Receivable Supervisor or Manager. Target industries are manufacturing, retail & e-commerce, logistics & transport, hospitality & tourism, real estate & property management, and professional & consulting services.

For every contact capture only the essentials—full name, corporate email, and company name—so the sheet stays lean. All emails must be 100 % verified, free of catch-all and role accounts, and return a bounce rate under 2 % when I spot-test through NeverBounce or an equivalent tool.
