100-Page Word Re-typing Project

I have a little over one hundred printed, text-only pages that I need converted into an editable Microsoft Word document. Every word must be reproduced accurately, free of spelling errors, and laid out so the content is easy to navigate with clear headings and sub-headings.

Because the pages do not contain images, tables, or charts, the work is straightforward keyboard entry, yet I want the final file to feel publication-ready. That means consistent paragraph spacing, proper use of styles for each heading level, and a simple template we can reuse on future documents. I do not currently have a style guide, so as you type you will also help me create a short one that captures the basic rules we decide on (fonts, sizes, heading hierarchy, and any other essentials).

Deliverables:
• A single, fully editable .docx file containing the entire text, formatted with Word styles for headings and body copy.
• A concise style guide (one to two pages) outlining the formatting choices you applied, so anyone can maintain consistency later.
