I need a full pack of 100 multiple-choice tests that I can drop straight into my bank-staff training platform. Each test should focus on one of three areas—banking operations, financial regulations, or customer service—mixed evenly so staff get balanced coverage.
All questions must sit at an intermediate level: challenging enough for frontline employees who already know the basics, but not so technical that only compliance officers could answer. Each item must follow a single-best-answer format (four options, one clearly correct).
Deliverables
- 100 separate tests, each containing 20 questions (2,000 questions total) in Word or Google Docs
- An answer key with brief, one-sentence explanations that reference the relevant rule, process, or service standard
- A spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) listing question text, options A-D, correct answer, and explanation for quick LMS import
Acceptance criteria
• Questions are original, free of plagiarism, and fact-checked against current regulations and standard operating procedures.
• No topic repetition that would make two tests feel the same.
• Clear, concise wording—no trick questions or ambiguity.
If you’ve created exam prep materials for banks or financial institutions before, let me see a sample so I can gauge style and accuracy. Looking forward to collaborating!
