I need a clean, fast-loading informational website built from the ground up, spanning roughly 10 to 15 pages. The site’s sole purpose is to present well-structured content in a way that is easy for visitors to read, search, and share.
Here’s what I expect:
• Complete front-end and back-end development, including mobile-responsive layouts and intuitive navigation.
• A modern visual style that aligns with typical corporate/educational info sites—since I don’t have existing design assets, you’ll handle the look and feel from wireframes to final UI.
• A straightforward CMS setup (WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly user-friendly platform) so I can update text and images myself after launch.
• Basic on-page SEO: clean code, proper heading hierarchy, meta tags, and alt text.
• Security essentials—SSL configuration and anti-spam/contact-form hardening.
• Final hand-off package: editable source files, documented theme/plugins, and a quick Loom or Zoom walkthrough showing me how to update content.
Once the site is migrated to my hosting and everything passes a quick usability check on desktop, tablet, and mobile, we’re done. Let me know which CMS you prefer, share 2–3 relevant portfolio links, and give me your estimated timeline to reach a polished, ready-to-launch site.
