We're conducting short research interviews for an academic project studying how recruiters and talent acquisition professionals attract and engage candidates for open roles.

We're looking for: in-house recruiters, technical recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, or HR managers who are actively involved in sourcing or hiring for open roles.

What's involved: a single 10-15 minute video or phone conversation about your day-to-day recruiting process — no prep needed, no sales pitch, just a conversation about how you work.
