I need a CAD designer to create a functional 1-digit split-flap counter prototype (0–9) for 3D printing.
Requirements:
Visible digit: approx. 40.6 × 70 mm
Compact drum: 17.78 mm diameter (8.89 mm radius / 0.35")
28BYJ-48 5V stepper motor with removable motor mount
A3144 Hall-effect sensor with 4 × 2 mm magnet for home/zero detection
3 mm main shaft
Proper flap pivots, shaft supports and compact drive mechanism
Design for FDM printing and easy assembly
Must be a working mechanical prototype, not just a visual model
Deliverables: Fusion 360 editable file, STEP file, STL/3MF files, and simple assembly instructions/BOM.
Please apply only if you have experience designing moving mechanical parts and 3D-printable mechanisms.
