09.14.26 Contacts / Spreadsheet Contact Cleanup & Categorization

I have a spreadsheet full of contacts that needs a thorough refresh. The file contains outdated entries, duplicate rows, and lacks any meaningful grouping. My goal is to turn it into a clean, reliable source I can sort and filter with ease.

Here is exactly what I need from you:

• Remove all duplicate records so each contact appears only once.
• Verify and update names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any other visible data that looks incomplete or mis-keyed.
• Assign clear categories or tags to every contact so I can segment the list quickly later on.

Acceptance criteria
– No duplicate rows remain when the job is finished.
– All obvious typos or missing pieces you can reasonably correct are fixed.
– Every contact is assigned at least one category column that you add to the sheet, using a consistent naming convention we agree upon first.
