HR Notify management onemployees nearing completion of probationary period.
Ensure completeness of Pre-Employment Rrquirements in 201 file (folder)
Assists in the orientationof newly hired employees.
Prepare renewal/new Service Agreement,ID,Quit Claim,Cert.of Employment.
Ensure accurancy of EMPLOYEE ATM Card numbers for payroll purposes.
Update and ensure accurancy of 201file data in the Evolve system.
Maintain/updaye 201 file folder per employee including EIS and company issued memos.
Follow up status of clearance with each department for final release of Terminal Pay.
Maintain timekeeping,SL,VL ledger of H.O staff.
Assist in the preparation of reports to DOLE and other goverment agencies.
Information dissemination to employees and client(i.e. holiday advisories,welcoming of new employees,separation from employment) as approved by superior.
Processing incoming mail.
Creating and distributing documents.
Providing customer service to organization employees.
Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
Maintaining calendars of HR management team.
Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets.
Process application and disbursement of bank cards. Admin Supplies custodian
Responsible for 201 files of all employees.
Receiving of in-coming and out-going communication letters from junior to senior executive.
Responsible to all equipments and repairs.
Receiving phone calls.
Payroll Clerk
Responsible to all Legal Documents and Internal Communications for proper documentation.
Processing other reports.
Prepare CIF to be submitted in BDO head office as requirement for the request of new BDO cash card(Monitoring of signed CIF).
LBC delivery.
Lunch for the management.
