I am looking for a head-hunter. This is a person who can search through various hiring platforms, message boards, and social media groups to find freelancers with various skills to perform various tasks relating to the performing arts industry. Possible types of freelancers that you would have to look for are the following: (1) Editors (2) Creative Writers (3) Scriptwriting (4) Comedy writers (5) Consultants/advisors (6) Web designers (7) Graphic designers Typically I will tell you what task needs to be performed and the amount of money that my team and I are willing to pay for the particular task. You might also get a job posting or a paragraph to post on social media groups or hiring platforms that will help you find freelancers. You will search freelancers, ask them if they are willing to accept the terms of the agreement for the type of task that needs to get done and show me only the people who are willing to do the task for the right amount. When the person is hired, you will be given a finder's fee, starting at $7. This assignment is based on finding someone right away, so depending on how fast you can find someone is how fast you will get paid. No hourly pay, but this is a great project for someone just starting out on UpWork who needs to build their profile. 5-Star reviews will be given.
