Location: Remote Company: Media Marketing Group Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Five9 Inbound Setup Admin/Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Five9 inbound call center operations, ensuring seamless integration, and delivering superior customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Five9 inbound call center solutions. Optimize call routing and IVR systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Five9 inbound systems. Provide training and support to call center staff on Five9 functionalities. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated with the latest Five9 features and developments, implementing enhancements as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Five9 Inbound Administrator/Consultant or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Five9 inbound call center solutions and technologies. Strong technical skills in call routing, IVR setup, and system integrations. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with Five9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Certification in Five9 or related technologies is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in a telemarketing or customer service environment. Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools. Understanding of call center metrics and analytics.
