Project overview
It is required that. you report to the CEO (woman) of an empire in the making of digital tv shows, online magazines; online university and various websites. It is fast paced with room for growth. Tasks involve: Reporting directly to the CEO and working FOR the CEO Cleaning up email and folders for the CEO Managing CEO's calendly; calendar, Booking team meetings; Overseeing the crew of about 12-15 virtual techs etc, stay on track with their jobs; Creating documents such as SOP's (standards of practice) Being a team leader and engaging the team to keep morale and spirits happy while meeting deadlines; Helping the team become a work "family" Booking for the CEO Reporting to the CEO Setting up excel spreadsheet for accounts receivable and payable Communicating with clients on occasion should they need to be directed to certain departments; Various other tasks pertaining to the CEO at her discretion Maintaining the Guest Members and reminding them by email to upload their deliverables on time; Possibly being in the 'green room' to be a 2nd in command to hit the show record button in case the Video Editor happens to need a day off Meeting with various crew members and reporting findings back to the CEO Being the right hand of the CEO and doing various functions as they come up Possibility of social media posting if applicant has those skills Other things similar in nature and administrative and other things that are discussed with the applicant that he/she might wish to do Possibility of bonuses, raises, after probationary period; travel next year; Must have EXCELLENT COMMAND OF ENGLISH Must be willing to be available on call for a few hours a day but generally work is 6-8hours/day Must be willing to work overtime and weekends/holidays occasionally during launches Any skills related to online marketing and the coaching or wellness industry are an asset but not mandatory There is a separate sales team; video editing team; copy and ghost writing team; et al Looking for longterm with team attitude and loyalty to the brand and CEO. Remember that the business creates the job, and the applicant must be a fan of the business or it won't thrive, which affects your income. I don't pay that much to start, but I reward loyalty and if you stick with me, you will be richly rewarded, be able to move up in your life and have me in your back corner forever... Job security!
