Digital Project Management

As the Digital Project Manager, you are responsible for managing all client digital marketing projects throughout their lifecycle from discover to deploy. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Marketing Communications preferred 2-3 years relevant business experience Positive attitude and knowledge of digital marketing Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple client projects at once Working knowledge of Wordpress or other CMS Proficient in all Google products (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar) Job Duties As a digital expert, you will establish a trusted advisor relationship with all clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction Guide clients through the Discover to Deploy phase to launch their digital marketing project(s) Support clients through digital intake process and ensure that all client assets are collected and organized Review designs, staging sites and other digital marketing deliverables with clients and manage feedback Provide timely responses to client inquiries via phone and email and maintain a proactive outreach schedule Coordinate and manage all digital projects with Product team to ensure deadlines are achieved and client satisfaction levels are maintained. Setup client billing and account information Ensure smooth hand-off of clients to Client Communications team once projects are completed Collaborate with Product Management Director and other team members to identify areas for efficiency and process improvements Being a small company, each role may be required to perform duties beyond the scope of this Job Profile from time to time.
