We specialize in creating custom merchandise for businesses, schools, fundraisers, and more. We are seeking a creative and motivated Specialist who excels in both graphic design and digital marketing to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an understanding of marketing strategies and experience in design who is eager to make a meaningful impact. Role Overview: In this role, you will develop creatives for our Meta ads, Google display ads, and other digital marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity while driving engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Design compelling advertisements for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms that align with our marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that leverage design to enhance brand messaging. Research and stay informed about current design trends. Required Skills: Strong graphic design skills and ability to create visually appealing ads. Experience creating video ads is a plus. Familiarity with Meta/Facebook, as well as Google display ads is a plus. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience creating with Photoshop and Illustrator Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English. Ability to coordinate with our 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time work hours.
