About the Role The position will advise an employer or plan sponsor in matters relating to retirement plans, review and analyze retirement plan documents, prepares and manages plan and funding documents related to retirement. Our ideal candidate would be a Defined Contributions Compliance Consultant with a Bachelor’s Degree, and with a current, active designation as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC), Qualified 401(k) Specialist ((QKS) designations from American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), has worked a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience as a compliance consultant, and experience working at a Third Party Administrator (TPA).
