Project overview
The Part-Time Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the following tasks: Download documents from external websites. Uploading documents to the company’s online document storage site and categorizing documents with criteria for the company to easily access. Timely notifying applicable departments when documents are available. Retrieving documents upon request. Reviewing document categorization for accuracy and correct categorization, as needed. Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information. Ad hoc projects, as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent At least 1 year related experience Acute attention to accuracy and detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Work effectively with deadlines Computer literate
