DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement a social media strategy that generates leads, grows followers and audiences, increases engagement, drives brand awareness, and ultimately turns fans into customers.. Create, curate, and manage content to be used across multiple platforms, maintain a weekly/monthly social media calendar and focusing on business priorities Evaluate our customers response to your content being generated and distributed on all social platforms. In order to maximize the traffic and distribution of your blogs posts. Build online connections and facilitate relationships through an effective online presence. Collaborate with the creative team on design of cover photos, profile pics, thumbnails, ads, and select images for posts that meet brand guidelines and encourage engagement. Determine posting frequency, optimal time of day, and content topics that foster high levels of engagement and interaction to grow audiences. Work closely with our CEO to support, strategize, and amplify public relations, community events, and various social impact initiatives. Develop strategies to grow and create audiences that can be used to effectively target existing and potential members. Monitor trends in social media tactics, tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Monitor and analyze organic and paid social media performance weekly, focusing on key metrics such as channel growth, impressions, engagements, driving traffic and conversions; and tweaking strategy for optimal performance. Measure, analyze, and present campaign and program performance against established business objectives by presenting monthly ROI reports and highlighting opportunities to increase effectiveness of our social media efforts. Manage and evaluate follower engagement across all social channels to meet marketing goals. Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach effort by managing relationships with bloggers/influencers and create influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, channel growth and engagement. Perform competitor analysis by monitoring the digital presence of competitors and staying abreast of industry best practices and social media trends. JOB COMPETENCIES & SKILLS: Technical Skills SEO: understand the importance of the connection between social media and increased search rankings. find the best way to optimize and promote content on social media and know how to drive traffic to our website * Social Media Platforms: have advanced social media skills to determine the type of content that performs best on different platforms, optimize content to improve engagement and have a solid understanding of each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc). * Customer Service: Listen and communicate effectively with members and audiences to represent our brand * Social Media Management Tools: manage these platforms effectively using tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social * Creative Skills: Copy writing-be able to develop content that is clear, easy to understand, and engaging; writing should gain US followers, grow audiences and increase channel engagement across all social media platforms; write to generate leads and drive sales conversions; writing weekly or bi weekly as the on-line presence of our company to communicate with and respond to members and potential members.
