SET Financial is seeking a Collections Supervisor to join the team! SET Financial is an online consumer instalment lender serving several states with tremendous growth opportunities and is looking for a manager to grow with us. The position is responsible for managing expectations and metrics associated with collections and accounts receivables. Management experience is a must, preferably in the financial services industry. Position Responsibilities (but not limited to): Ability to communicate with remote locations. Establish and manage productivity and quality performance measurements, monitoring performance against established goals, and coaching employees on processes. Owns and enforces all Collections policies, controls, processes and procedures. Hire, train and motivate Collections team. Responsible for maintaining and consistently reviewing FDCPA and other federal and state laws. Perform standard supervisory functions for assigned employees. Comfortable assisting customers via phone and email systems. The ideal candidate will be: Highly motivated. A self-starter. Looking for a long term career with a company they can grow with.
