Project overview
We’re looking for a talented writer with a strong business background specifically in Customer Service / Customer Experience to help us create a book that would be used to educate businesses and people of the importance of taking care of customer! Example subjects to be discussed: • What is the customer experience? • Why is it important to a business? • Customer personalities/types • Building trust and loyalty with your customers. • Personality for Customer Service (Help us create a personality test) The person we are looking at hiring should be someone who is open minded, friendly and has a true passion for customer service with strong writing background. Target audience : • Sales Representatives • Small/Medium sized business • College level students. Overall, we’re trying to keep the book short and simple enough for a busy person to pick up and learn (150 pages approx.)! Other requirements the writer should have includes but are not limited to: • BA degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Liberal Arts • A successful track record of creating well written books for businesses • At least 3 years of professional writing experience • Strong research and analysis skills • Be willing to meet via Zoom call 1 hour per week to review progress If this project is well executed, we have additional projects to complete with the same subject such as a business plan.
