We are a Career Coaching company that helps driven professionals land their dream jobs. As the company is growing we are looking for someone to be right-hand to the CEO and assist with day-to-day management of new client inquiries, send proposals to potential leads, manage internal processes and systems and help administratively. Due to the nature of the work, you must have experience in either career coaching, HR, recruiting, resume/Cv/Linkedin and the overall job market. You will be part of the team (not just a contractor) so we want someone who is going to be on board and is passionate about this work! Skills needed:
- Be familiar with Resume Writing/LinkedIn Profile Optimization
- Understanding Recruiting and Hiring in the US/Canada/Global Job Market
- Creative and Innovative
- Detail-oriented
- Do well with administrative tasks, systems and processes
- Extremely organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication Qualities:
- Fast-learner
- Self-starter (don't wait for people to tell you what to do!)
- High energy & enthusiasm
