Project overview

Responsibilities 1.Work with the Art Director to create high fidelity stylistic 3D assets;
2.Create high quality assets that are needed to support the environment; 3.Review and feedback on outsourced art assets to ensure they of the right quality needed for the 3D assets;
4.Collaborate with HQ and game design to own the game assets from conception to completion.
5.Manage game assets to fit within the technical requirements of the game;
6.Stay up to date on new tools and techniques to create more efficient and visually appealing environments. 7.Be able to light the game assets; 8.Be flexible and able to adapt to different artistic styles. Requirements
1.3 years+ related game industry experience;
2.Solid understanding of the workflows required to create an asset from blockout stage to final quality;
3.Professional experience in using a game engine to take a game world to final quality (Unity preferred);
4.Strong understanding of current texture and material creation processes;
5.Strong artistic ability to visualize entire levels and detail with minimal concept and direction;
6.Strong working knowledge of art software tools such as 3D Studio Max, substance designer, Photoshop and ZBrush;
7.Knowledge of composition, color theory and lighting.
